Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

 

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Inform them of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

 

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice.

 

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

Special features of digital content

In the case of contracts for digital content (e.g., online courses, audio programs) that are not delivered on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if

 

• You have expressly agreed that the performance of the contract will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period,

• and you have confirmed that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.

Special features of services

For services (e.g., mentoring, 1:1 programs), the right of withdrawal expires when the service has been fully provided and you have expressly agreed beforehand that the service will be performed before the end of the withdrawal period.
